Peace is what happens when I pull my attention and energy from a vanished past and an imaginary future, to reside fully in the now. The more of my awareness I bring into the present moment the more I know peace that passes understanding, allowing me to see through appearances to what is real.

This prayer is so beautiful that it resonates in my spirit hours after I listen to it. It's more than a song, more than a prayer, deeper than an idea or intention. Somehow the synergy of those elements come together in something holy and sacred.
